THREE-ROOM FLATS have a living space of 75 square meters. They include a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a closet, a bathroom with shower and a terrace, garden or front space. For a maximum of 6 adults.

FOUR-ROOM FLATS have a living space of 100 square meters. They include a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, a closet, a bathroom with shower, a terrace or a garden. For a maximum of 7 adults.

Prices include: water, electricity, gas, linen and towels, satellite colour television set, use of the swimming pool (open from may to september), table-tennis, bowling, mountain bikes, children's facilities, barbecue, parking facilities.

Fee-based services: heating, calculated on consumption € 5,00 per cubic metre, additional bed € 70,00 per week, cradle € 35.00 per week, tennis courts € 8,00 per hour, tennis racket € 1,50 per hour, horse rides €18,00 per hour.

Final cleaning services for week : € 30,00 two-room flats, € 40,00 three-room flats and € 50,00 for four-room flats.

Small size animals are charged € 35,00 per week for the subsequent cleaning of the flats.

Medium/big size animals are charged € 35,00 per week for the subsequent cleaning of the flats.

Club membership card (compulsory): gratis.

Flats are rented by week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Visitors should arrive at 4 p.m. and are expected to leave by 10 a.m.
The caution amount is € 150,00 for each flat.
